Heron Lake is a lovely mature 6 acre lake with good stock levels of carp to over 30lbs.  It is situated in the middle of the Bedfordshire countryside near to  the River Ouse and a nature reserve. The lake has a number of interesting features including lily pads, gravel bars and loads of marginal locations worth a try. There are also both shallow and deep areas to fish to providing plenty of variety. There are also lots of excellent stalking locations all around the lake.
